Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic (South Africa):
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
International:
- We do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Local Delivery
For all domestic deliveries within South Africa, we coordinate with Aramex to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Aramex is a trusted courier service with wide coverage across South Africa, providing reliable tracking and efficient delivery to your door.
Damages
babybetter™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
babybetter™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
